Terms of Service

1. Passport & Check-ins

Afterglow is designed for live music fans. Checking in verified status requires being present within a 2km radius of the venue. Users attempting to falsify check-ins or manipulate location parameters may be suspended.

2. Show Room Upload Rules

To maintain a clean and enjoyable space for all fans:

• You get a maximum of 3 permanent photo upload slots per show.
• Deleting a post does not return the slot. You will have one fewer photo for that show forever.
• Photos must belong to you, be taken at the show, and comply with safety and content regulations. Content containing hate speech, harassment, or explicit materials will be removed immediately.

3. Username & Identity

Usernames are globally unique and chosen at signup. Usernames are completely permanent and immutable.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users violating these terms. Account closures by the user are processed immediately and hide all details.

5. Community Safety & Child Protection

Afterglow is committed to maintaining a safe, positive environment for music fans of all ages:

• We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any form of child exploitation. We report all suspected child abuse content to law enforcement and NCMEC.
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, explicit nudity, drug promotion, and illegal materials are strictly prohibited.
• All user-uploaded photos are reviewed, and violations are removed within 24 hours. Accounts violating these guidelines will be permanently terminated.
• Users can report objectionable content or safety violations directly by emailing our safety team at hello@weareafterglow.app.
